Lee Robinson - Director

Lee Robinson obtained a degree in sports performance conditioning and coached in private and professional club settings until the lure of recruitment attracted him to a more corporate career path. 

Progressing from trainee consultant to branch manager, Lee cut his teeth in industrial and commercial temporary recruitment. Progressing into senior hires was a natural progression and Lee was lucky enough to work with exciting brands helping scale their leadership and mid-management teams. After 8 years in recruitment, Lee moved into a solutions sales role in tech and records management and then into 3rd party logistics. 

He has worked in commercial management and director roles for a number of years, scaling teams and building c-suite connections. Outside of work, Lee spends time walking his slow dog, Chini (office manager), competing in functional fitness events and playing in a local covers band.
